Celebrating land and tradition

Terroir by Paradís is more than a restaurant, it is a tribute to the geographical environment that gives life to food. The term “Terroir” reflects the idea that each food has its own personality, shaped by the place where it is grown. At Terroir by Paradís, we invite you to discover this personality in each dish, prepared with local, seasonal ingredients that highlight the genuine flavours of the land.


With this philosophy in mind, renowned chef Miquel Guimerà, who has worked with the likes of Ferran Adrià, Jordi Roca and Carme Ruscalleda, has created a menu that combines creativity with authenticity. The wine list is also very interesting and includes products from the wineries around the hotel.

Discover the authentic taste of food

We believe in sustainability as a way of life. That is why, at Terroir by Paradís, we work with local producers who practice sustainable agriculture, reduce carbon emissions and take care of the natural landscape of the region.

In addition, Paradís has its own 5-hectare organic vegetable garden in Anglesola, Lleida, being one of the first restaurant groups to adopt this concept.

Terroir by Paradís welcomes you with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, where the decoration is in harmony with the land, using natural materials and warm colours to create a space that invites you to enjoy the culinary experience.

Our terrace overlooks the golf course and the silhouette of Montserrat. It is the ideal place to relax and admire the sunset while enjoying a great meal. The restaurant also has a large and cosy interior space.
